Amazing stay overall. The hotel, location, facilities, food, and staff were all truly 5-star. Everything felt modern, clean, and very well managed.
However, my room on the 1st floor was disturbed by metro noise, which affected the experience. I understand this is not an issue on higher floors, so I’d recommend avoiding the 1st floor if possible.
Excellent hotel – just choose a room a bit higher up.

This was a very nice boutique hotel. The staff was excellent. I was traveling with my daughter and my 3 year old twin granddaughters. Although they were loud (we're from Texas lol) we were never made to feel out of place and had everything we needed. We always felt safe and comfortable.
