The breakfast was excellent and the juicer a bonus for generating ginger shots.

8/10 Very good

Clean, good beds, good breakfast, small room. Not a glamorous part of town but metro was a 6’ walk, and price more reasonable than in other parts of town. Staff was lovely, with one exception of a rude receptionist who wouldn’t allow check-in one minute before the published time, which seemed petty to us after an arduous journey.

8/10 Very good

Booked a stay here to escape the paris heatwave. AC worked but was not super strong (we are from Texas however and have high standards for AC). Room was very small. Overall we room was stylish and bed was comfortable. For the price we paid it was a good stay.

6/10 Good

The hotel is clean, well maintained and nice but some of the staff is not particularly friendly nor helpful. Biggest complaint is the fact that the hotel charges for luggage! We arrived a little early, not expecting to check-in but at the very least to be able to leave our luggage for a couple of hours and we were charged €3 per piece of luggage for the service! We had several rooms booked for several nights and spent a small fortune so charging for luggage on top of that is not good customer service. Disappointed in Campanile. Used to be more about customer experience but this feels wrong… Some of the reception staff is a bit rude, but I guess it’s part of the “Parisian experience”… Some were great though but the company policy of charging for luggage and to iron your clothes is not ideal.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location close to metro. Room was a good size and was very quiet - not facing any street. Grocery store next door was convenient.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Staff was awesome. Food was ‘ok’. Really the only things I was disappointed about was the bathroom… so tiny a person can hardly move…. Yes the room is small, but expected in Europe. The location is not good to the tourist spots. I picked it because it was 2-3 miles from the things we wanted to see, but by taxi it still took 30-40 minutes to get there because of traffic. Paris traffic and crowds is terrible.
