The breakfast served on the ground floor is excellent. Concierge service was also excellent, although the Versailles ticket were expensive and on Tuesday morning Versailles it was incredibly busy, too crowded to enjoy

The check-in was easy. They accommodated our desire to have rooms together. The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower which is good and bad. I didn’t realized that my bathroom was not clean until I went to take a shower and there was hair in the shower( walls). The elevators worked fine but the buttons were Very finicky.

The bathroom is new and clean but there’s no door in the shower makes the water from the shower spill outside that makes the floor wet, and the toilet is separate from bathroom which doesn’t have sink to wash hands. The cabinets are big, you should remove some of it and put a sink instead. The rooms AC is not working makes the room so warm at night, good thing it’s cold outside we just open the window.
