We came for a concert at the Co-Op live and the hotel was perfect. Only a short distance from Picadilly and in close proximity for the tram. The hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit!

The hotel is getting a little dated but all facilities in good working order. Very practical hotel and staff helpful without being intrusive. Bed extremely comfortable. I had 2 good nights sleep. Dark curtains kept the sun out in the morning. Some city noise but to be expected. Tea/coffee/kettle in room. No fridge. Hairdryer. Access to shared iron/ironing board on each floor. Good breakfast. Better than anticipated. Limited hot selection but exceeded expectations.

8/10 Very good

We were really late getting to the hotel (12:40hrs) but greeted & dealt with swiftly, allowing for a quick 'to bed'. The bed was very comfortable. The shower room was great; worked perfectly. The bedding & room seemed clean, the bath mat seemed to have a dirty mark on when first unfolded: hence the 4 stars. The lights & ventilation were spot on & the fan drowned out the noise of people outside the hotel. We didn't sample the breakfast but the food on the menu in the room seemed reasonable. The 12pm checkout was a lovely bonus!
