I'm thrilled I chose this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the main train station, meaning it was easy to get anywhere in Cologne. The communal area is quality with lots of comfy seating, wifi and charging plugs. It was busy with lots of younger people, friendly atmosphere. Great service
We had a medical emergency overnight on the first night. The hotel were great, particularly the man on the reception acting quickly to phone an ambulance and converse with us in English. They remembered me the next morning and asked how my wife was doing seeing she was still in hospital. Really personal approach and good service. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
