The staff was wonderful. Not only did they check you in, they followed up with you to make sure everything was going well. I have never seen such great customer service for a one-night stay.

The rooms were a little outdated, and there were some imperfections in my bathroom, such as a cracked shower and tiles. Other than that, it was a good stay for my first time in St. Charles.
