After booking through Expedia and receiving confirmation of the room. I arrived at the hotel to be told my room was unavailable and I couldn't stay, then after being disappointed and about to leave I was told there was a room available but it's currently being refurbished. The room looked ok but a few things were out place. I was promised it would be made fit for stay in a couple of hours. All they did was rearrange the furniture and turn on the fan and later
