Great location - close to town, restaurants and the bus. Decor is eclectic but cool, with lots of indoor games for snowy days, and the bon bons in the lobby saved me while standing in line for different attractions! The bed was comfortable, and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Our only issue was that the bathroom was really small. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast - it’s the best deal in town and what a view!

The ski equipment rental shop and lockers are very convenient. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal too and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are basic and a bit dark but good for a ski hotel. One issue is that we needed to carry skis everywhere, as the hotel is a walk or bus ride from the slopes and ski lifts

The suite was clean but a bit worn in spots. Chipped finishes, scuffs. The lobby feels more like a mall entrance and post check-in there was little attention from the front desk staff. Excellent location, super comfortable, kind staff. Perfect. the only note is that the reception said we could enter the breakfast anytime up until 10h30 am and stay later to eat but the team upstairs was already putting everything away at 10h30 am so not actually true. We had to run around trying to gather some items to eat. BUT amazing breakfast and excellent breakfast view. The best in chamonix.
