Um lugar mediano para não amar e também para não odiar. Bem localizado para southbeach, com toalhas de praia e água a vontade e um cafe da manha honesto padrao americano. Estava recentemente pintado, mas a mobilia do quarto mostra simplicidade e necessidade de maior atenção. Claridade no quarto é um ponto muito negativo e tambem vale ressaltar que as janelas do quarto não abrem. Serviço de limpeza a cada 3 dias e muito fraco.

front desk gentleman was very polite and informative, good location with free towels for beach and water daily breakfast not so great,not much variety, whilst waiting for my breakfast i caught a member of staff vapping out the back over the bagels whilst the other staff was preparing the toast really disappointed in seeing that which was the only thing that let this stay down. looked after our luggage before and after check in and was effortless

Very disrespectful
once my family and my arrival was this morning Dec 16 for 3 nights, I made an additional reservation for Dec 15 and called the hotel telling about my arrival early morning on the 16th to avoid a “no show”. By arrived this morning, no rooms available, we were as a no show. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional and definitely not organized. We have to wait till 1st room available. I kindly request my refund for Dec 15. Also planning to an early check out, probably tomorrow. My Family does not want to be here at this hotel. Thanks Genesio Antonio Ferreira
