Nice property - they never bothered to clean the room between the first and 2nd nignt. Called for clean towels - took over 1 hr. Their AI phone system is terrible. Constant $ for any change. The two rooms we had the carpets were old and dirty, That TV hardly ever work due to internet issues.

Seemed to be under staff throughout our stay.. the bed in our room was broken Call house keeping twice and they never sent anyone to look at it .. Check in took over an hour ( under staffed)

Great hotel especially if going to the NFR
Great location for our trip. Beds were comfy, great water pressure in the shower. The only negative thing is the lighting in the room is not the best. We will be staying again.

Room was larger than expected but some areas that got skipped in cleaning. Aslo backed up to elevator shaft so we heard machinery all night. Also booked at Paris but really was at the Horseshoe
