Get use to disappointment
At check in, I was told, I know you think you paid on hotels.com but you didnt. You have to pay us directly so I did, but was charged by the hotel and the site. Next the hot water heaters often dont work so enjoy the cold shower. If you enjoy sleeping on a very hard surface like say concrete you will love the bed it is pretty similar. Great location, and the staff were polite and helpfull.
