Clean the place!!!
The tub and covered window in bath room were disgusting. The toilet area was tiny. The front desk person was frendly, considerate and helpful. He was the best part of the stay. The rug in room was dirty and looked like it had not been vacuumed.I took photos but it wont let me add them on

Rundown and charged more than what was reserved
Front desk clerk was very pleasant but I was charged more than what was on my reservation. Paid $161 even though reservation was $136. The room had an awful odor. We had to open the window and door to try and air out the room. There was a plug in space heater in the bathroom which is a safety issue. The hot water was only lukewarm which was disappointing since we were all cold from going to the ice castles. The place was very rundown. I will never go back.

Great Motel for a fun stay in Littleton, NH. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. Great price compared to other lodging options this close to Franconia Notch in peak season. We will be back!

We have been meandering around New England and staying in budget motels. This one had the most spacious rooms, the most chairs, a desk and a spacious bathroom and served a continental breakfast. this made it better than some others. The property is old and could use some freshening up.

Our stay was not bad. The room was clean. The only thing that probably needs to be fixed are the entrance pot holes since some of them were big & deep which could damage tourist vehicle’s which could lead to an expense any tourist was not expecting during their trip.
