Rooms were okay, the family next to our room was loud and it felt like there was 0 sound proofing to the rooms. We have never stayed in a hotel were you can hear every conversation including a video call, that’s how bad the sound proofing was. In addition, the breakfast was cold and ok. I wouldn’t stay here again.

These pictures are from the day we left. They clean the room every two days, but you can always ask them if you need something. The hotel is a little old looking and worn, but at least it is clean. It is super close to Universal Studios. They also have a shuttle service. We didn't use it but we watched many people use it. Their breakfast options are a bit limited, but thankfully decent enough and clean. The service is what made us really happy. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

The beds were super hard and uncomfortable and the pillows as well Cleaning every 2 days we never had the cleaning and breakfast was very limited in what was offered. We ended up earing out.only option for bagel was raisins and im allergic. Waflle line was super long so coffee and banana it was.

It was wonderful as far as service and location. The price per room is excellent. I did find the breakfast section to be overly crowded with absolutely no seating. I didn’t use my complimentary breakfast while staying there. On my last day I did see a small cockroach walking on my toothbrush in the bathroom. That was a bit of a letdown. Also the water from the faucet has a peculiar smell like that of sewage. Not too strong but definitely a strange smell. Everything else I was happy with. We stayed a bunch of friends for the weekend getting 3 rooms. There are several great features like several entrance with key card and microwave and mini fridge.

Stay in Orlando

We had a lovely stay. Staff were very good, especially Carolina on reception. She was very helpful, and such a lovely attitude. Breakfast was good and enough choice. It was a very quiet stay and pool was nice clean. We found a good Chinese/ Thai/ Indian restaurant 8 mins walk. There was a Millers ale house 15 mins walk. Kobe steak house was there too. All in all a great stay
