Staff was professional and nice. Hotel could use a little TLC and upgrades . Housekeepers need to insure every area is cleaned. In bedrooms. There are certain things that should not be left behind for new customers to see.

Upon arriving greet well. Opening the room the was an odor like not sure. Room was very clean but needs updated. Furniture was very worn and low for a handicap person. Bathroom was great. Breakfast well done - coffee hot! On time! They definitely pride themselves on cleanliness! Those ladies work very hard!!! Room temperature was comfortable upon arrival and through stay. Check out was simple but they didn't honor Hotel.com price even though I paid in advance.

Hotel is dated. Located in a run down area. I should have done better research before booking. The staff on the other hand were very helpful and courteous.

Room was spacious, breakfast was decent. Would NOT recommend for families or single travelers. Did not feel safe at night.

10/10 Exceptional

The most spacious hotel on our 10 day trip, clean, good amenities. However, front desk staff were often unavailable with checking taking over 30 minutes.

8/10 Very good

The property is difficult to find. It is located behind a tractor trailer dirt parking lot. Admittedly, this was a shocking introduction to the hotel. However, once inside the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom needed some love and some maintenance, but, everything worked in fine fashion. The breakfast was decent variety of hot and cold foods. For the price and my one night - it was just fine.

Breakfast was excellent. Lady staff member was very friendly and helpful. Night staff not so helpful. Running water in toilet entire 2 night stay, even after reporting to night staff. Remodeled rooms but old, cracked walls in ballroom. Poor lighting at night in rooms. Nice shower. No magnifying mirror in bathroom.

4/10 Fair

Our room wasn’t very clean. In the bathroom alone: toilet seat was barely hanging on, shower was stained, sink wouldn’t drain because clogged with hair. The rest of the room was slightly better off. Stained blankets, stained lamp cover. Overall not worth the almost $200 we paid for the night. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was pretty mediocre but not terrible.
