Awful. The room smelled of old smoke. The bed spread and sheets had burn holes in them. The door was hard to open. People were loud. Will not stay again

I will say that the inside of the rooms were clean. However, the outside of the hotel is old and in dire need of repairs. There are people walking around at all times, doing God knows what. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, the only issue we had was the toilet not flushing well.
