The hotel is Rated 5 star but it is 3 star in everything. The only advantage is the staff so friendly and helpful but when you book 5 star you expect 5 star standard specially for a frequent travelers like me, Very much disappointed with standard of the hotel and how can it be rated 5 star, Second thing I had an incident that my door wasn’t closing and I requested to change room but they send someone to fix and he kept on going and coming for over an hour and I didn’t feel comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all perfect and welcoming. The location was perfect, not enough choice for gluten-free breakfast. Not enough choice for juice at breakfast and not cold enough. The curtains in the very old rooms don't block out the light in the morning. The windows don't block out the sound of car horns. The room cards deactivate quite regularly, it's awful to go downstairs and wait to re-enter your cards.

The pool area was occupied for a private party after 5pm, we couldn't use it, on the day of check out house keeping entered again the room at 8am.. the mattress is very uncomfortable, they have a layer which looks like a quilt, super soft and inappropriate. We do not recommend this hotel, it is not worth what we paid.
