I arrived hours early and I was able to leave my luggage there. When checking in, they were training a new receptionist. We were all there once upon a time being new hires right? But if you notice a language barrier between us, why not step in and take over for them instead of adding to the struggle and saying, “his transition isn’t smooth” and help speed the process up. They were kind enough to upgrade my room, which was very spacious! Small bathroom though. WiFi would lag at times in some areas. You can NOT adjust the thermostat so it was very chilly. Thankfully, I had brought my own warm blanket and added a few layers of clothing. Good location for walking to majority of Paris sites! And surrounded by lots of shops for food and clothing!

The staff was very helpful and provided us with printed instructions/directions when we asked for help to get to a location. The hotel is small but our room felt room and the balcony was a bonus! Absolutely stunning hotel. I hadn’t originally paid for breakfast but I’m glad I went down as the artistic spread looked like a Cezanne painting. Loads of amenities including a bar of soap!! I am sick of using gel dispensers.

Hotel itself was really nice but the bathroom would smell really bad majority of the time, and it was not the same reoccurring smell (could’ve been the pipes I’m unsure). And when out room was cleaned essentials weren’t restocked but it didn’t matter much.
