The room was very specious and had comfortable couch but customer service was not good. They were not friendly and lack of warmness.
Also I was disappointed that There was no grocery stores around the hotel. No souvenir shop.

Just say no
Sorry, perhaps I didn’t quite get what this hotel is all about but I expected better. The room smelled absolutely awful. The furniture was worn. The “view” was mangled by the rusting exterior fire escape. Parking was not convenient. There was nothing within immediate walking distance. Worst stay in our month-long roadtrip through Japan. Trust me, you can do better.
