Good location, and nice amenities. Parking can be a bit annoying, but you can park at the visitor center. As a hostel, I found it odd that there was no laundry facilities on the premise nor a kitchen/fridge, so I would not recommend for longer term stays. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Jackson.
