Grausame Unterkunft

I made reservation from EXPEDIA. When I check in, hotel didn't accept reservation from EXPEDIA and asked me pay cash.( which was much expensive than original reservation from EXPEDIA) It was worst experience EXPEDIA. I had to stay, so I paid cash and asked refund from EXPEDIA, but I have not been refunded yet.

Price was OK, room looked dated, no hot water

Room was OK but had signs of ageing. Bathtub was not clean. No hot water. Just a little space for 3-4 cars to park. Staff were friendly too.

When we checked in we had to pay more than we booked by hotels.com, they argued that the rom is bigger than we ordered and they did not have the rom we ordered

8/10 Very good
