It was a nice getaway. The breakfast is fantastic with a great selection. I enjoyed staying here and would do so again.
Two complaints: The front desk person, an older lady at night was reluctant to bring a blanket to the room when I was not provided one when I was at the front desk in person earlier in the evening. They told me one was in the room already, and it was not. I do not mind the mistake from housekeeping, but she seemed a bit lazy and did not want to do her job to bring me one which I found ridiculous considering she is in hospitality, and I paid near $1000 to stay there. The lack of willingness to provide service was off and odd.
The additional complaint is that they wanted to charge a large parking fee for every night of stay, for such a large parking lot in the suburbs, and no lack of spaces. I parked on the street which was only a 15 second difference, safe and free.
