Estadia muito confortável, como sempre! Esta é a minha sexta vez no hotel, e continuo gostando muito do ambiente acolhedor e das comodidades oferecidas. No entanto, desta vez, houve uma construção ao lado que não foi informada previamente. Minha intenção era relaxar e descansar, mas a partir das 7h da manhã havia muito barulho da obra, o que prejudicou essa experiência. Senti falta de um aviso sobre a situação, pois, se soubesse, teria considerado se seguiria com a estadia. Espero que possam melhorar essa comunicação no futuro.

O local é razoável, para ter o nome de resort de Luxo nao faz jus, trata-se de um hotel praiano mediano. A acomodacao esta bem antiga, a limpeza muito precaria, no box tinham fios de cabelo qndo fiz checkin, embaixo da cama auxiliar cheio de sujeira e uma seringa, que algum hospede anterior deve ter usado… os funcionários muito cortes, atenciosos.

As instalações coletivas são excelentes. Fiquei no apartamento 4104 - torre IV. O frigobar não conserva os alimentos, só o congelador funciona. O chuveiro vaza água na conexão. Ducha higiênica com vazamento. Limpeza nos azulejos do box deixa a desejar.

Tudo muito bom. Única coisa que me chamou atenção é que o prédio em si está precisando de uma manutenção nas fachadas. Estão velhas/sujas. E também é um pouco estranho os quartos com sacadas próximas. Nossa vizinha ficou ao telefone na sacada dela, e parecia que estava dentro do nosso quarto falando. A construção ao lado do quarto não atrapalhou. Não estavam trabalhando.
