Service was amazing. Help me with anything I needed. Breakfast in the morning is better than I expected. Weather was a little cool never made it to the pool. Location was in an areas where restaurants were everywhere to choose from. Complimentary shuttle is a nice option.

Broken Door Lock
Landed in Orlando and called the hotel to get the shuttle sent over. The hotel rudely informed me to call back when I figured out what terminal I was in and hung up. The hotel offers an airport shuttle it would be as easy as printing out a list of the airlines for your guests who spend the whole day traveling. There were 3 staff members at the desk upon arrival and 2 were checking guests in. When we left to get dinner we realized the door did not lock. You could blow on it and the door would open. When we went to move rooms the staff tried saying they were going to fix the lock but of course we did not feel comfortable staying there and everyone in the lobby knowing what room had a broken lock. They tried saying there were no rooms. They were speaking to each other in Spanish but my husband chimed in also in Spanish and magically a room became available. As a hotel your guests SAFETY is the number one priority and having guests stay in a room where the door lock does not work is insane. Arguing about it is also insane. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. There are 7-10 other hotels in a mile of this one. Save your self the trouble and pick a new place.
