Upon arrival, the staff warmly welcomed us and was helpful in answering any questions we had about sightseeing and attractions. The room we stayed in was well organized, very cleanly, and had all the amenities we felt we needed. Breakfast the next day was lovely too! Each day there was a new rotation of Sardinian breakfast classics. Check out was also smooth, and again, the staff was tremendously helpful and kind. "b&b is down a v narrow street. google maps says it's on the left but it is on the right. the hotel itself is v charming, restored with care by the owner whose family built the palazzo. Unfortunately no lift, but the manager brought our luggage up to our room. wish we could have stayed longer."

"A modern, thoughtfully designed property on a hilltop overlooking Nuoro. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful with a small problem that I had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. One issue that we found everywhere in Sardinia is that the rooms don't have enough electrical outlets, making it a bit of a hassle to charge personal devices. The breakfast was fine in a room with a great view overlooking the town. One plus, during the off-season, is that there are enough travelers for business, so the property offers the full range of services. At other properties in the off-season, the lack of guests can result in limited services. Also, excellent parking. Definitely recommend for car travelers. Because it is located 2 km from the city center, it may be a hassle for persons who don't have a car, although there is good municipal bus service accessible about a five minute walk distant."

"This is a small quaint hotel, a little remote to walk to restaurants in the village. When I arrived at 3:00 I had to wait for reception to open. No one was there. Check in was not very welcoming. However, later, they were more friendly. Continental breakfast was adequate. The room was small, clean and adequate. No English TV"
