Peaceful, very friendly, very convenient hotel

My teenage son and I stayed for three nights during our first trip to Paris. The room was very clean, very quiet (even the air-con) and conveniently located with plenty of places to eat, small supermarket and metro station for line 7. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. The biggest thank you to Amed - he's been exceptional.

Dropped bags off very early in the day upon arrival in the city which was really easy. Staff tried to see if room was available but unfortunately not. Staff also really keen to offer any support we needed for getting around and things to see/do. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. For what we paid we we were very happy.

Nice little hotel, 10 min walk from Gardu Nord train station. Lots of bars and shops around to choose from. Staff very friendly and accommodating! In general very nice and clean place to stay in the heart of Paris! The only downside was that we were unable to open the window and the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Hotel is in a great location just a few blocks from Gare du Nord. First night there the AC was barely working. last morning the hot water was out. If they fix this stuff it will be a great place. I have stayed here 4 times before but not sure I would do so again.

The price level in Paris during the high seson is high, have never payed this much for a night. The hotel was small, well maintained, clean and the staff was helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was good and they filled it all the time, so even if you arrived at 10 am, they was still everything available. The location was good, close to trainstation and metros and the area was safe and there were restaurants etc close by. The street where the hotel is, is small, so there is no trafic noise. Air-conditioning worked well too. Would stay there again.

Staff not up to standard. Check in staff not familiar with the hotel computer system, said cant find my booking record. Finally another staff show her the instructions, then found it. For more than 6 hours, housekeeping staff still not make up the room, and I have reminded her personally and need to ask Reception staff to make her do the work. Location is not easy to find, and room is relatively small.
