Location can't be beaten for Manchester city center and especially Chinatown. Services is great, rooms kept clean and tidy. The only minus point was the incredibly mouldy smell in the bathroom: floor tiles were loose leading to water ingress and mould. Was immediately noted though and should be fixed for the next guest.
