The hotel is perfect overall. The neighborhood is very nice with all the shopping and food places within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast is very adequate. My only negative comment is the in-room AC system is an old model and a little too noisy.

Everything was great from the service to the accommodations, I had the best nights sleep, great mattress and pillows… the only thing i didn’t understand was the 175$ refundable deposit sine there were no pets, I’ve never had that anywhere before. I will definitely stay here again for the next event

Great and reasonably priced

The rooms are very large. The bedding is very comfortable. The free breakfast was sufficient. The service and staff were wonderful. Did not get 5 stars because the bathroom was a little shabby and we had trouble adjusting the air conditioner. New management explained renovations were taking place. We would stay there again if we need to.

Keep Team Sports Members Away from other Guests

The room next to us had members of a softball team who were loud and disruptive in the morning. Perhaps but all “team” members together at the end of a hallway so they don’t disturb the other guests. I stand 5’ short and I must say the height of the toilet was way to low, even for me.

Front desk guy (Michie?) was accommodating and friendly, thanks for the help! The room was clean and organized, but room service never came by during 3-night stay. Decent fitness room—needed a fan or AC, no fresh air option so gets stuffy. Still enjoyed my stay and look forward to future visits!

The hotel was okay but we didn't get the daily clean or servicing in our 3 night stay. The continental breakfast was just okay, nothing grand. The worst part was that we booked a double queen room and those beds were NOT queen beds, they were doubles/full. AND the mattresses were awful! We stayed in room 423 and upon checkout made sure they knew that both beds needed to be replaced. It was God awful.

We’ve stayed here many times but will not stay again. The hotel has deteriorated and the service is bad. Every time we left our room we had to get a new key because ours wouldn’t work. We stayed 3 nights and never received clean towels or soap. No service to our room at all. Ice machines were broken and shower/tub needed to be replaced. Water dripped all night from shower.

The room was very cold. The thermostat wasn’t working and we called for maintenance to come and fix it. They fixed it twice and it still didn’t work. We slept in the cold room till the next morning.

It was okay.

It was great that they keep the rooms smelling clean, without any smoking smells. The bathtub was dirty. It had a soap that looked like it had been there for days. We had an empty box of tissues. We had to dry our face with toilet paper. We also had only one roll to TP for 3 days. They could have provided more. The only thing we liked about the breakfast were the waffles. Just like any other continental breakfast (nasty fake eggs and sausage). Other than that, it was nice. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. The front desk was EXCELLENT! Great customer service.

Had to upgrade first room due to abnormal smell and lack of cleanliness of room. Also, AC did mot work in first room. No water for breakfast or in gym water cooler. Ask front desk for water in cooler replace and nothing replace. Juice machine in breakfast area didnt work at all. Request for card payment process at end of stay. Hotel management process payment at check-in. 2 hours prior to check out time (11:00am) room card was deactivated. Had to return to front desk from fifth floor (With Breakfast in hand) to get room card reactivated. No empathy or apology. Service was below average. None of service reps were friendly. Requesting a refund. Thanks
