I travelled on my own, the hotel was incredible, in a beautiful place, the room I had was a single apartment and it was fantastic, clean and tidy, sofa, bed, table, fridge, kitchen sink, tv, desk, bathroom was outstanding, clean, bath and shower, large mirrors, sink, clean toilet and a beautiful view with wide opening windows in the main room. Staff are very helpful and polite, helped with ordering cab to leave, the bar in reception is so refreshing, all the nice seats, stalls and tables spread around the bar, nice peaceful outside seating for drinks and eating, smoking. A McDonald’s across the road from hotel entrance, and a massive Germany supermarket across the road from hotel with everything a traveller would need, I mean EVERYTHING. One of the most peaceful and friendly places I have ever been too, a propa German town.

The food from the restaurant was excellent. The service was super good. The bed was hard, old and worn, so woke with backpains. The pillow was very lumpy. I will not stay there again because off the bad sleeping experience.

My stay was great , the hotel was in good condition, rooms well equipped and clean when I arrived. Lots of parking which cost €8. Staff extremely friendly. Only minor complaint was I stayed 4 nights and left the note on the door to clean the room twice but it was never cleaned. As it was an apartment, the bins were full to overflowing. Still a minor issue and I would use again

It was noisy in the evening/night due to various meetings and parties. The room was not even cleaned during the stay and you had to get fresh towels yourself. The towel in the room had been hanging there for so long that it was yellowed and dusty. The non-smoking room used to be a smoker's room (as was my colleague's) and smelled strongly of cold smoke. Breakfast was the only bright spot.

Zimmer und Mobiliar sind abgewohnt. Achtung Allergiker: da in dem Hotel Haustiere erlaubt sind, war es für uns sehr allergiebelastet. Man kann das wohl bei der Reservierung angeben. Dann kommt man in ein Zimmer auf einen Gang ohne Hunde. Die sitzen dann aber im Restaurant. Nicht schön. Frühstück für 20€ war ok aber nicht für Kinder, die nur 1 pancake essen.

Gute Lage mit ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten

Der Aufenthalt im Atlanta Hotel war in Ordnung. Die Sauna war klasse, generell wirkt der Fitness und Wellness Bereich modern und sauber. Leider war der Whirlpool defekt, auf den hatte ich mich eigentlich am meisten gefreut. Das Internet ist eine Katastrophe, daher hat mich die Rezeption in ein anders Zimmer gebucht. Das Umziehen hat mich leider einiges an Zeit gekostet, da ich schon ausgepackt hatte. Die Rezeptionistin war zwar freundlich, aber wirkte sehr gestresst. Das Housekeeping war aber klasse, sie haben mir das Shampoo, welches ich im anderen Zimmer vergessen hatte, vor mein neues Zimmer gestellt. Leider war das Bett ziemlich hart und das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Ich finde daher das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich stimmig. Hier bezahlt man für den Wellness Bereich mit, das Frühstück für 20€ war dann allerdings nicht mehr im Budget. Schade
