I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be fairly average. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but some areas could use a bit of updating. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive. Basic amenities were available, though nothing stood out. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay, but there's room for improvement in service and overall atmosphere.

Absolutely great value for the dollar. Friendly staff. The only hiccough was when I went to use the iron and it ruined my shirt. Went to reception and asked the lady to have a new one put in my room. She neglected to do it. I did end up getting one by asking another lady at the reception later.

We were in Trenton for a remembrance service. We stopped to check in quickly so we could drop our stuff off and change. The clerk never smiled nor really greeted us, nor acknowledged our status level with Hotels or offer any amenity or upgrade. We reserved and prepaid for (over $200!) a queen room - the bed was a double and terribly uncomfortable. I did not have time to go wait in line to see about changing to what we paid for. In the morning, my wife went to take a shower and the tub was plugged. Overall a bad experience that I am not at all pleased with.
This is a double bed at best - and was TERRIBLY uncomfortable.

A little disappointed in the room. Have stayed here several times, Seems like we’re staying the older section of the building. Example lower floor, not as clean as usual noticeable wear and tear. Spoiled by larger flat screen, fridge surface pretty beat up & microwave has burn through on door. Room # 118. Would really like the option to choose a room that I’ve previously stayed in. We will return. Love this stop. Thank you.
