Our stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean and quiet. We had the pool and pool bar to ourselves. Food at the hotel was awesome. The ocean view was beautiful. Staff was very helpful.

Hotel Nikko Guam - the hotel is fairly old which sums up the cleanliness and mold, musty smell amongst the room and the whole floor. The room really smelled musty and moldy, floor was sticky, bed sheets did not feel clean or as if it was sitting for a long time in storage not freshly washed or dry cleaned.

I chose Nikko Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s 4th bday. I had a stressful issue upon check in. Thanks to the Manager Winnie it was resolved immediately. I am thankful she put the time in to help assist me. My daughter loved her birthday, thank you Ms. Winnie for your help to make it possible. We will definitely stay again!

Carpet is old and musty. They closed the pool on Mondays and Tuesday which is very upsetting when you’re on vacation.

The Front Desk Agents and every employee that we came across were very friendly and we enjoyed the view from our room. My son loved the water slide.
