It was a nice adventure for my birthday to Lake Tahoe to see the lake again and snow as well heading there and back home. We loved the nature setting for the pool and hot tub area. A little surprised the elevator wasn't working.

Family trip after a year. We love this hotel the rooms were bigger than others hotels i stayed before.the pool excellent my two little boys enjoyed. But the most place we loved is the restaurant we have our breakfast at there the personal stuff were so friendly. They really know how customers service work.! Food were delicious too. Overall i give to this hotel 💯. Not too crowded. You can relax specially when you travel with little ones.

The heater in my room sounded like a tractor, the Tv was a bit spotty (it would cut out every few minutes) and the shower only got luke warm after running for about ten minutes. Everything else was relatively standard. It is conveniently located next to the event center but other than that it’s a bit meh.

Comfortable and Roomy
Had previously stayed here under the former Mount Blue name. New Bally's ownership had great costumer service. Everyone was quick and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are quite too. You could barely hear the other guests. Also pet friendly. That's always a plus for us when traveling.

Awful! No hot water for a shower. Wasted entire day moving rooms . Apparently had a boiler issue. Gie the supervisor tried to be as helpful as possible but overall our trip was wasted and we missed the whole point of our trip due to hotel issues.

Cabinet was broken on the mini fridge door. One day took 15 minutes to get hot water the next we never got hot water. Booked this hotel and stayed for a night. Very dingy, parking doesn't have ample lights which made MIL and my wife unsafe, rooms were dated with broken furniture and carpet were damp. Would never stay here again.
