Well hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice and cozy. Not the hotels fault there junkies at QT oarking lot and bus stop.in front of the store. Just cant believe how blunt these pill heads are about there addiction. They could care less how what thwy dp effects a business that moee then likely none of them could afford a room here. Just junkie row. Only bad thing again not hotels fault.

Unpleasant Experience
Found the property to be in poor condition. The rooms need to be upgraded. The WiFi was intermittent. The people were nice but the overall experience was very unsatisfactory.

Nice place to stay
Was located near a gas station helped with snack runs. Building has one entrance to rooms. Smelled like a skunk was outside. Rooms were somewhat clean.

At one time this place was like a resort that people could come to-- but now the only people that are there are pretty much Street people that live in these little one bedroom apartments. The dudes Vietnamese. he hates animals but he loves Romanian gypsies. He had Animal control come out and kill a bunch of animals that people have left on the property he's evil.

Recommend
Tv reception wasn’t that great, sitting room tv didn’t have a electric plug but maintenance fixes it while we were out to dinner, the water was off when we got back so had to wait a little to use the bathroom but they eventually got that fixed. Room was nice and spacious we had a fridge n microwave so that was good. Pillows were good no breakfast due to covid reasons but that was okay... nearby restaurants.. good place n location, staff was very nice and welcoming. Doors are locked at night for security reasons but no issue getting back into our rooms after hours..

It is an older hotel. Kinda rundown. I heard there might be renovations. It is a lower price. But both times I have stayed here, there has been police activity, as I think people live here. It’s AN OK place. I just go because of Philly’s Sports Bar across the street. Have a convenient store and Dunkin Donuts walking distance. Scottsdale Mall (really nice) a few miles away.

Nice weekend.
I enjoyed my weekend away.. Quiet hotel on the inside. Beds were comfy had a good tv selection. Seperate living room was nice.. Normal foot traffic being next to a QT.. And next to a store and coffee and a diner across the street.

Once was enough
I guess the saying " you get what you pay for" is true. This Ramada has a very friendly staff, but the room was terrible. The air conditioners were not on when I checked in and they never really cooled the place off. The bathroom door had several large holes that were just patched over. The whole place looked very old and very dated.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once and this last time there were roaches, Tub wasn’t properly cleaned which is an issue during Covid and the staff/front desk didn’t care.

Ramada Inn HAS microwave ovens and Mini refrigerators. They list slightly higher than Motel 6. I But you get so much more and for your buck. I am pleasantly surprised that Food City, and Dublin Donuts, but and QT are within walking distance from the hotel. There are quite a few things that are very close as well.

Worst Management Diguested with how Unprofessional
I've always thought very highly of of this hotel. Up untill this stay. I am 7months pregnant so I wanted to stay somewhere comfy and clean. This hotel has always been and was also this stay. Unfortunately The owner and management Disgusted me with how Unprofessional they are. Never will I recommend or come back to this location. This place DOES NOT care about the safety and well being of there guest. I am very disappointed this place went from being MY #1 place to stay in Tempe to rather just sleeping in my car. That's sad considering I had been there over two months and they treated me like a intruder . Once again. I never do reviews but The way this management is working Someone Needs to say something because it isn't right at all.
