Everything I had read about this hotel came true and even exceeded expectations. It truly feels like being at home. An absolute delight! This historical boutique hotel packs all the magic. Slow down and enjoy a merienda in the beautiful Tea Room with their famous waffles, take a walk around the meticulously kept garden filled with flora and fauna during the day or night, relax in the many comfy spots with fresh flowers and fireplace. Our room was in the tower with an ocean view, being in the tower meant the room was smaller, nonetheless, it was comfortable with a great bed and had a very deep bathroom. The tower made it an unique and unforgettable experience. You can also get larger rooms next to the garden. There is really no wrong choices here. Breakfast is served in the Tea Room. Plenty of delicious options and freshly cooked eggs any style per your request. If you are looking for a breakfast place in Punta del Este area, you might as well start the day here because it is fresh and delicious.

Normalmente ficamos nos quartos clássicos na torre. Desta vez nos colocaram num no jardim, sem privacidade alguma. Solicitamos a troca, e apesar da demora e um pouco de resistência, foi feita. O serviço do restaurante não estava no padrão normal de qualidade, muita demora no atendimento, falta de atenção das garçonetes. Mas o hotel é lindo, bem localizado e continuaremos a nos hospedar nele, apesar dos pequenos inconvenientes nesta estada.
