There was a used towel in the closet in the bathroom. The shower head handle holder didnt work properly so my husband had to lean toward or hold it to shower. The bed sheet was old and fuzzy. It was so rough on skin to sleep. Good location , close to Eiffel Tower amd the metro.

The property is conveniently located near train, Eiffel and restaurants. My issue was with my check in process and construction noise throughout the day (especially morning hours). The nighttime clerk was unfriendly, and unhelpful. We booked through Expedia and arrived at the hotel late in the night. And stood in the lobby for over an hour calling Expedia because the clerk simply said he didn’t see us, and offered no assistance. We were not informed about the construction which started early in the morning. The day front desk crew were phenomenal huge difference from the tall night guy with zero customer service skills.
