Heat Not Working. Bad Smell. Doors with Gaps
We called the hotel in advance to let them know that due to flight delays we would be arriving late 2:00AM. They said that would be ok. I asked to make sure the room was ready and the heat turned on as the outside temp was 25 degrees. When we got to our room the front door had a large gap due to the door not being aligned with the door jam. Upon entering we were overwhelmed with a strong moldy and musty smell. Because it was so cold outside we could only open the door slightly to let fresh air in. The we discovered that the heater in the bedroom did NOT work. Even though we asked to have the heat checked prior to arrival. Engineering came to look at heater and could not get it working. By this time is was 3:00AM so we just asked for more blankets and went to bed. The room chilled badly as the hours pasted.
