Just what was needed for a quick stay. Air con is quite loud and they could do with an upgrade on their pillows. Otherwise all in all good for it’s location.

Great location with very helpful staff. Close to the Metro and lots of food and sights in walking distance. Room can be a bit noisy at night but nothing we couldn’t sleep through. Would stay again.

Friendly staff and close to downtown LA
The hotel is in a very handy location. Walking distance to downtown L.A. and eating places. The hotel room is quite small probably suitable to max two people as otherwise there is not enough space for the luggage. The hotel is dated but quite clean. Hotel staff are quite professional and very friendly and helpful.

Clean & tidy, Close to metro
Stayed 2 nights, Close to rail ‘Metro’ for access to ‘red line’ to universal studios & Hollywood. To get hot water in the apartment we were in you had to have it on the cold setting? Had to go to reception to clarify what the deal was.Reception, whilst helpful on questioning, didn’t really volunteer helpful information.

Good location, clean room, mediocre service!
I was surprised there is no water in the room, and no wine glasses to provide. Also, I don’t feel very comfortable when they charge me $100 when I check in. The good side is the location, very close to public parking and Little Tokyo. The room is clean and comfortable.

This is not 3star Hotel. Checking in was not pleasant. Maybe the clerk was having a hard day. He was on edge on stoic to any sort of welcome. I felt bad immediately and sad for him. The guests I .met we're all friendly.

Room was extremely small. Probably the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. There were several flies flying around landing on my head and bed throughout the night.

I would read this!
The first thing you notice when walking into this hotel is the picture online is definitely not reality. And also the smell. Like old cigarettes and BO. The plus side of this hotel is that the 2 people I encountered that worked there were very nice. I had an issue with the parking. It’s says on the website that there is free wifi and parking. There is NO free parking. Which is one of the main reasons I chose the hotel. The valet is $30/day. The gentleman at the front desk was polite about it and directed me to a close gated parking garage $7/day. It was on Spring street and very convenient. My next issue is that I have a small child with a stroller. This hotel is not wheel chair accessible. There are 3 steps for every hallway. Very annoying. We had 2 rooms reserved. Both completely different. One was the size of a closet. Literally just room for the bed. The other room had a couch and a desk. Much roomier. It is an old hotel so cleanliness is not exactly top notch. We had clean sheets and towels so it was ok for the one night stay. The huge downside. You can hear EVERYTHING. I could hear the people in the next room perfectly. Like they were in the room with us. We could hear their TV, footsteps, EVERYTHING!!!! It was very hard to get comfortable. Thank goodness it was only for one night. I would pay the extra money to feel safer next time and stay somewhere else.
