Good handicapped room, need slip proofing in large
Wanted the room for two reasons, close to family and parking in front of room. I had a handicapped room as requested. It was clean and had good handicapped facilities. My only : ( is the large bathroom has a tub with a mobile bench, with no mat it was slippery to get up, out of tub and across the floor. There were handicapped bars, but tub and floor was still slippery.

Only good for a few hour sleep
Only booked for night before flying home from orlando aorport. Desk attendant not professional or friendly. No elevator. Lot of rif raft and shady characters that looked like live ins hanging in lot and in their doorways. Smell of pot everywhere. Small pool. Definayely not for children! Good for adults but for less than a 24 hour stay.

Joey from the front counter was not helpful when we called to find out how to get the free shuttle from the airport. Told us to call him when we got to the outside to tell him where we are at and then when we called he told us to go to another place on the other side of the airport. When we did get o the hotel he hardly talked to us and was county $$ to put in an envelope before he even helped us. The next morning as soon as breakfast time approached as ending. They hurried and cleaned it up before and while people were still getting stuff. We had to share our extra butter and jam with another table. He asked if they had any butter and all she could say is, it’s put away already.

Horrible stay
Room was stuffy and the bath tub looked as if it wasn't cleaned. Pull out couch didn't have any sheets or blanket. We had to drive miles away to Walmart to purchase items just to sleep. Not to mention they charge you a $100 deposit after you already paid for the room.

Decent lodging
I stayed at this hotel with my family during Hurricane Milton, I am unsure if they were running with a skeleton staff, so I cannot give a true rating of this hotel. The beds are large, room was clean, and staff was friendly. The garden area is nice, but you can tell that in the near past it was in an over grown state, and property owners did restore any plants, they salvaged the remaining healthy plants which you can tell are very old and it was worth seeing. The state of the garden didn't affect our stay, I just wanted to give anyone looking forward to the gardens a heads up. 3 star hotel.

The hotel is clean but a bit rundown and has exterior halls. Their airport shuttle stopped running at 1045pm which, had I known would have booked elsewhere because we knew we’d be late without a vehicle.
