The room was clean. However, I paid in full for my room on hotels.com & then the hotel held the full nights stay on my card without telling me PLUS $100 incidentals for a 1 night stay! The emphasized where was best to park which I didn’t realize why there was so much emphasis until the next morning when I went to leave & saw 2 vehicles with their windows smashed out. This hotel is in upper scale suburb. I will not be staying here again.

Staff was fine. Elevators were terrible. Felt like they were going to break as soon as you got on them. Doors wouldn't open for like a minute each time. Room was subpar. Floors were sticky. There's no fan in the bathroom. The shower had a weird shower head which got the floors soaked. The ceiling was peeling from condensation. Terrible shower experience. For the price, this did not meet my expectations and I don't plan to return.
