Well located hotel with nice rooms but the bathrooms need to be updated & modernised. Plenty of places to eat nearby ideal location for Colmar & visiting Alsace region. Very good breakfast with wide choice. The added bonus was that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for a reasonable additional cost

Not o good choise for location and service.

We booked this hotel, it seemed easy to commute to city center. However, bus A don't commute to hotel's location after 8 pm in weekdays and 7 pm in weekends. This was a negative experience for us and I think everyone should take this situation into consideration. For hotel's conditon, I can say it would be better if the room was cleaner. Comfort was good. Breakfast was ok, but not the best. Dinner service was very slow and food quality was poor. If I will visit Colmar again, I would not stay in this hotel.

Je rĂ©side rĂ©guliĂšrement dans cet hĂŽtel , deux nuits en gĂ©nĂ©ral. Les chambres sont propre avec la climatisation. Grand parking et accĂšs rapide Ă  la voie rapide direction Strasbourg , Ă  des commerces et mĂȘme une salle basic fit. La restauration n’est pas en reste avec de bonnes tartes flambĂ©es.

Pour un ibis rouge j'ai été déçu de l'état des locaux. Chambre propre mais tuyau de douche à moitié cassé et noir de crasse. Pour le personnel, trop de jeunesse qui ne sont pas formés. Un repas moyen pris à l'hÎtel . Bref un séjour correct mais pas à la hauteur des attentes, en comparaison ibis rouge Chalons.

L'hĂŽtel en gĂ©nĂ©ral est Ă  revoir ,son aspect un peu fatiguĂ©, la literie aussi, pas de produit d'accueil, mauvaise organisation pour les repas, un employĂ© pour accueillir les client, prendre la commande et servir et en mĂȘme temps faire le bar(une heure pour avoir une salade et l'on est parti); Bon petit dĂ©jeuner!!
