What a fabulous hotel. The location is outstanding, with stunning views over the vineyards. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel’s facilities are excellent — the pool area is especially lovely and perfectly situated. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two small points: the bar was closed early one evening, which we found disappointing, and our room wasn’t made up until late in the day on a few occasions (once as late as 5pm). We would definitely stay here again if we return to Champagne. Loved it — thank you!

A good hotel with fantastic views of the wine yards. The rooms were nice, well cleaned and well kept. Breakfast was good. Good quality and a decent selection of items. The outdoor pool area was great. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed our entire stay and the spa area was mostly unattended by staff. It’s recommended to reserve tables in the restaurant long in advance as it was fully booked, but there is a bar menu if you don’t want to go to Epernay.
