No Access Info Proved When Booking
The worst stay! This is an e-Hotel. Most of the time when you book you get an instant message with check in details and codes. Especially when you book the day of. I get a canned email saying “if you didn’t get an email” you provided us with a wrong email! Nope, same one I’ve been using. I was lucky, a guy was walking in and he let me in the door. They provided a “what's app number” that was wrong. Thank god a person whom
was staying there helped me out. He knew the number to call and used his phone. Talked to a gal on the phone and gave some excuse and talked about being very hectic. If you can’t handle it, sell the business or get out of it. Imagine if it was late at night? The worst, incompetent…
