I had a terrible experience between Hotels.com and Courtyard. I made a reservation and went promptly to the property. Courtyard stated they were having "internet issues" and couldn't give me a room. Told me to go next door to Marriot Residence where they would not honor my reservation. I've been on the phone easily a half dozen times just to get Hotels.com to process my refund and issue still isn't resolved.

Check in was longer than normal due to your agent saying the internet service was slow. At check out the internet service was still not working. Do understand that is no fault of yours but it was a problem. Do feel for the price you charge you all can at least offer a continental breakfast.

It was a nice trip. Only thing we didn’t like was we didn’t have a good size fridge in the room or a microwave I’m the room we had to go to the lobby every 2-4 hrs to feed the 2 infant babies their bottles

Overall the trip was ok. We had issues with the 2nd floor hot water and was switched to the another room(s). The manager was very understanding and accommodating. The only issue I had was the miscommunication of the room switching between the manager/system and one of the night auditors. Extremely rude and condescending. Because of her, we may not stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Courtyard-Marriot! Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We originally planned to stay 2 nights but we ended up paying for another night. We will definitely be back.

Overall the room was very nice, relatively clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. However we did find a couple of items left by the previous occupant(fake rose petals, etc...). Also the toilet seat was barely attached at all by the bolts, and when I went downstairs to speak with the front desk attendant because the phone in the room was completely not working, I was informed that was there was no other personnel on site besides the one person and then I was given a screwdriver to go fix it myself. Also the toilet paper roll holder set screw was loose so the holder was almost completely falling off the wall.

Very modern & clean plus pet friendly! Cool adjustable, wall mount TV, high end furnishings, and glass shower plus very comfortable bed! Really nice, well equipped gym. I would definitely stay there again.
