Fab hotel 5 minutes walk from gare du nord and gard est. Easy check in, I'd asked for a first floor room but was allocated 4th floor. Helpful lady on reception quickly changed it and gave me ground floor room. It was spacious and clean. Water, teas and coffee were provided. Breakfast was plentiful, with yogurt, fruit, cheese, meats, salmon, pastries, bread, jams and cooked hot foods. I didn't use the spa but it looked fine. I'd definitely want to stay here again for the location, which has great transport links nearby.

An absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms were a good size, very clean and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We stayed with two young children and they loved the hotel. Buffet was great and overall a real gem of a hotel that we will definitely stay at again.
