das Zimmer war prima, so wie beschrieben und sauber, das Reinigungspersonal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit absoluter Minuspunkt: das Frühstück 7:30/8 Uhr kein Sitzplatz im Frühstücksbereich, magere Speisenauswahl, Ei, Pancake, dunkle Brötchen gab es Freitag nicht (zuviel Andrang bei zu wenig und überfordertem Personal), Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, Hotelgäste sich selbst überlassen, 1 von 2 Kaffeeautomaten mit Fehlermeldung & dadurch Stau 2. Minuspunkt: Rezeption, sollte ein Aushängeschild des Hotels sein, habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt, Check-out war in Ordnung, jedoch auch da ist Verbesserungspotential Fazit: Ich übernachte wieder im Haus, da Lage, Preis und Zimmer gut sind & ich jetzt besser weiß, was mich servicetechnisch erwartet.

Für 1-2 Übernachtungen in Ordnung
Check-in mangelhaft, da ein noch nicht gereinigtes Zimmer zugewiesenen wurde! Sollte so nicht passieren. Nach Rücksprache mit Rezeption neues Zimmer bekommen und als Entschuldigung 2 Freigetränke an der Bar. Soweit ok. Abends nach Rückkehr ins Hotelzimmer festgestellt, dass der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Sicher nicht die Hauptsache bei 1 Übernachtung, aber ärgerlich. Ansonsten Zimmer sehr sauber, ruhig und zweckmäßig. Frühstück absolut in Ordnung, da das Hotel nicht übermäßig belegt war, auch entspannte Atmosphäre im Frühstücksbereich, was wir bei guter Belegung auch schon anders erlebt haben (laut, kaum Plätze frei, Service überlastet). Parkplätze sehr teuer, extrem enge Einfahrt in das Parkhaus, viele Betonsäulen, die sich optisch kaum absetzen von den Wänden. Parkhaus absolut keine Empfehlung!

Good for a short trip for business.
Hotel was near to bus stop, market area and restaurants. Room was small for a triple stay. Breakfast was same for all 5 times we had and with limited vegetarian options. They had changed their location I think as I went to a different premises 2 years back which was better.

everything is amazing with the hotel the only complain is the cleaning staff they did not clean properly my room, they tried to clean my room too early and when I went I asked politely to return in 30 minutes they came 5 hrs later so at the end I request them not to clean my room at all
