This was the cleanest Quality Inn I have ever stayed in. The staff was courteous and informative. The room was clean and the bed and pillows outstandingly comfortable! I was impressed with the variety and tastiness of the complimentary breakfasts. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back myself! Great job!

I will never stay at Jacksonville NC Quality Inn
This hotel is outdated in a way that requires some deep cleaning. The metal fixtures in the room/bathroom were rusted and some broken. The office chair in the room had stains on the seat. The bedding had darker stain spots on various areas of the blanket. The hotel room door did not shut all the way, I could hear anyone and everyone in the hallway/lobby. This hotel needs upgrading not just paint!!! The front desk attendant was confused and spoke to herself about how the customers were cussing and the computer was making her job difficult. She seemed very frustrated but did her best to help us check in. The hotel smelled of old musty carpet. The breakfast health grade was below a score of 85. Nevertheless, the breakfast was presented with fresh oranges and a waffle station. There were very few options to choose from. The waffle iron timer was broken, and the toaster was missing the pushdown handle. The presentation was feeble. After breakfast, I could hear some of the workers by the front desk complaining and getting irritated. This was overall the worst experience at a Quality Inn.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, the room we received smelled full of smoke as someone just smoked. We asked for a room change but could not be accommodated until the next day. Upon returning to the hotel that night our room was changed and our property too. No call or message left to notify us walking in on another guest who was assigned to our room. It was an embarrassment and frustrating situation trying to get our correct room and locate our property.
