Front desk was amazing to work with. We are a volleyball team that were traveling together and they were awesome and put us all together on the same floor which made it so easy for the girls and parents as we would leave at different times! Only complaint would be the weird barn door and large spacing between wall that u can see right into the shower. Making it not a private bath.

Disappointed Loyal Customet
I’ve stayed at the Stat 18 times in the last two months and each time I’ve stayed I’ve had problems with mice. The first time it occurred they prompltly moved me to another room but this last time I stayed, they said they’d send someone up to help me transfer and after two hours of waiting I calmed down only to be treated rudely by the person who answered the phone and told they were busy at the moment. After another hour of waiting, I gave up and went to bed. Very disappointing for being such a loyal customer.

Great Stay
We were in Vegas for a volleyball tournament. The Strat was a good place to stay. People at the front desk were awesome. They helped my daughter and I out of a jam and took great care of us. Neighborhood are the hotel is a little sketchy, but felt completely safe at the hotel. All staff encountered were extremely polite and helpful. We had a great stay.

Well here is my experience if we can call that one. I mistakenly booked a day before my initial date of arriving. I contacted right away the seller who assured me they contacted the hotel in order to fix this issue. They asked me to wait for the hotel response. Nothing from the hotel until I asked for an update and they said it's not their problem and to contact the seller. So here I am the day of my wanted check in day with no money, no room to stay, nobody wanted to help with this matter. Happy New Year.

I was missing items from my room. After it was cleaned by housekeeping, I don't believe it was intentional, but it was something that should not have been taken. The amount of smoke that filled the casino and all of the hallways was very difficult on my breathing and my sun's breathing.We found the air control to be extremely poor. The price of the hotel was obviously amazing compared to most places on this strip.However, at the same rate, you get what you pay for. The neighborhood around the strat, as many know, is not very clean or inviting, and that remained true for our stay. The hotel overall is not too bad. It is highly recommended that the magic shop that is inside of the hotel remain there, and in my opinion should be a staple based upon the fact that it is the only magic shop on the strip. I can't say I would stay at this hotel again. But overall, it was not the worst place to stay by.Any means and certainly is recommended.If you are on a budget and looking for somewhere to stay. It is a hotel that is quite easy to navigate on the casino floor it seems like there are 2 main. Escalators, that lead up to the second floor that are pretty simple to find. Some hotel casinos leave you lost inside a labyrinth or maze but this hotel was quite easy to navigate.

Okay, off the beaten path
It definitely needs upgrades. We had some issues with one of the televisions but they were quick to fix it. Asked for extra blankets and we got them in a jiffy. The bed was definitely worn out and needs a new mattress, but the classic Grand suite was actually nice.
