From the first call to check about late evening arrival, check in, morning coffee at Refuel, housekeeping bringing fresh towels & emptying our trash after our first night, to our checkout today, the Crew is Amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They had activities for the kids. Great central location and nice rooms which were affordable. My boys liked the waterpark. My 2 complaints are the lifeguards weren't really working but chatting to each other on their walkie talkies and when I called she said outdoor waterpark closes mid-Oct but failed to mention only the pool is open during the week, and slides and splashpad only open on the weekends. We survived but would have been nice to know.
