Very nice and historical hotel. One of the nicer ones I’ve stayed at, room was clean (although kind of small), gym was great, overall great experience. Not many amenities otherwise, no pool or breakfast, yes restaurant in lobby.

The building is a historical site. The lobby area is beautiful. The room was spacious but very dark. The lamps had low wattage bulbs. The window did not allow much light to come in because it faced another building very close. Your view was the HVAC units. Not pretty. The restaurant inside the hotel was good for dinner. The buffet breakfast was way overpriced. It didn’t even offer what you get at a free breakfast buffet at some less expensive hotels. Disappointed in that. We stayed for three nights and had to request housekeeping. I guess that’s how it works these days. We won’t be back in Ohio again, I’m pretty sure, but if we are we won’t stay here.

Clean room, nice staff, great location downtown for us. Walking distance to the Book Loft and German village. You unforrunately hear sirens and loud vehicles during the night. We were on the 6th floor we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good and reasonably priced. Free coffee is offered in the lobby but no flavored creamers.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! They accommodated our request for an early check-in which was extremely helpful. The AC units were a bit loud and startling at times. This is a beautiful historic hotel in downtown Columbus. The staff is incredible but the building is showing its age. The facade and interior show some deterioration and the rooms show wear and tear. The wifi connection was poor, if not unusable, and the fitness center could use some love.

The staff at the Westin were awesome! The room doors are old; therefore you had to pull the door up and then use the room key to enter. This was the case with several of the rooms in our group. Considering the nightly rate you would think they would update the doors.

Staff were nice. However, the room was poor. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. The bathroom shower door wouldn't close. The toilet ran because the cistern was leaking, so it's constantly filling,the air-conditioning was very loud in the room. Breakfast was good. But I wouldn't stay there again.
