Small Hotel Experience

Overall-The location was great! Upside-Small hotel on the strip, so didn’t have to walk forever to get to your room, and you couldn’t get lost in the huge mazes like in other hotels. Downside- It was also close to the strip so if you wanted to sleep you have to deal with the noise from the strip. Love the small hotel feel right in the middle of the strip!

The location of the hotel is perfect. I would stay here again
Andrew, 3-night trip

Awesome hotel. Love that it’s the smallest on the strip because it’s not crowded like the rest! Only downside is there is no where to eat in the hotel except on the weekends so you have walk every time you want even a snack.

No late pool

Went to the pool was closed by 6pm when it’s still 110 degrees outside and very light. Not much food on the premises

Love the small boutique style this hotel has. Small casino, but we enjoyed playing there. Easy walking to a lot of other locations, casinos, restaurants, etc. We were stuck in line checking in and the staff was very accommodating.
Jennifer, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is very nice. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful, I mean everyone- concierge, bartender, housekeeping, maintenance, cocktail waitresses! The location is perfect and within walking distance to almost everything. The room was cute and everything was so clean. Will definitely be back!

We were greeted by a wonderful receptionist at the front desk. She went above and beyond, checking as in early and given his great ideas of activities going on in Vegas.

Stayed here for the first time in January, and it was great. Very nice room with a comfortable bed. A nice small boutique hotel/casino that I would definitely stay at again.

2/10 Poor

No hospitity

Our room did not get cleaned the entire stay. We called and were informed that someone would be there the next morning, we also asked the hall attendant. No one ever showed.

Cromwell - worth a shot.

Good, not great. Very good price. Food options are limited.

Great location, I just didn't like the parking fee

Parking is $50 a night which is really ridiculous. I thought prices in the 30s and 40s were a lot. 3 whole days is an extra $75 plus taxes on top of that. Parking should be a perk of staying at your resort and included in the resort fee, but the resort fees are already expensive and if definitely does not include the pool especially if there is a known artist. Not even a discount. The room was Fairly clean; a little dusty. Not super bad. Excellent location. Restaurant located upstairs; a little pricey but everyone is nice.

It needs an update. Floor was dirty

Awesome stay, great location, clean and easy to move around.
Jason, 3-night trip

The staff at the restaurant and bars were especially helpful. The hotel check in was a bit late and the person checking us in could have been a bit more friendly but overall I really like this place

Larry, 2-night trip

Very nice hotel and friendly staff.
James Doug, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Pool was closed but we still had to pay a resort fee, hair dryer hardly worked, toilet paper was terrible, the mirror in bedroom was a two way mirror into the shower bathroom. And to top it off...the bass was so loud from the nightclub that our room rattled until 330am on Friday night.
Amanda, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Comfortable

Very easy to get to. Very clean. Shower was good.
julian, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Concerns in the room

I was happy with the casino but I had some concerns about the room. The shower had standing water in it, it doesn’t drain completely, you can see on the tile where the water stands. There wasn’t any prices for the goodies and drinks in the room. The curtain were ripped at the top, so they were hard to close completely.

Nice Stay in a Smaller Vegas Hotel on The Strip

Took a guys golf trip to Vegas and very much enjoyed the Cromwell. While the design and condition of the finishes of the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade, the service was very good. The real advantage of staying in a smaller hotel in Vegas comes through in how easy (and close) it is to park and to access your room - no walking miles through a casino floor just to get to your room. It's an easy walk to the properties at Ceasars (being one itself) and right next door to the Flamingo and the other properties on that end of the strip. I highly recommend the Cromwell if you're looking for some of the benefits of being on The Strip, but want the advantages of service that come with being at a property that doesn't have thousands of room.
