Great location and incredibly helpful staff. The hotel is located in a safe area in downtown, waiting walking distance to all the must see sights. The staff members are friendly and helpful. we checked in at night and plan to tour downtown before leaving the following afternoon. Since the hotel valet parking policy ends at checkout, the front desk lady was very considerate and suggest us to park in a public lot right across the street. It was cheaper and allow us to park 24 hours. That means we don’t need to worry about it the next day.
